PEARL PACKAGE
FULL SERVICE
NOTE: This packages begins usually eight to ten months before your wedding date.

This FULL SERVICE wedding package is the perfect fit for the bride and groom who want to relax and have every element of the wedding coordinated for them!

What's included:
A scheduled bi-weekly, or monthly meeting
+A wedding inspiration portfolio with vendor suggestion list
+Assistance in deciding theme/color pallet
+Develop a budget outline & budget guidence
+Develop events timeline & copies for entire wedding party
+Design stationary
+Stuffing and sending invites and save the dates
+Keep track of guest list & RSVP's
+Arrange hotel blocks for out of town guests
+Arrange important vendor meetings (cake, music, venues, caterers, etc...) & attend for guidance as needed
+Help in arranging seating charts
+Ceremony, reception decoration & layout
+Wedding Etiquette Information
+Coordinate engagement party & bridal shower if needed

DAY-OF-COORDINATION SERVICE
NOTE: This package usually begins one month to two months before your wedding date. Although please feel free to contact me sooner if you have plans on choosing this package in the future!

This DAY-OF EVENT package is great match for the bride and groom who have already planned every detail down to the last stitch, but just want a little help making sure everything runs smoothly on your special day!

What's included:
A monthly meeting leading up to your special day
+Custom timeline for day of event and copies for bridal party
+Coordinate & direct ceremony rehearsals if needed
+Assist bride and bridal party with any problems that arise on the day of ceremony/reception
+Main point of contact for ALL vendors
+Set up wedding accessories like programs, guestbook, candles, etc...
+Help out with reception set up/tear down (depending on location)
+Direct ceremony processional
+Provide emergency kit
+Ongoing communication with me via phone/text/email.
+Extra meetings as needed, no charge!

OPAL PACKAGE
HALF SERVICE
NOTE: This package usually begins five to seven months before your wedding date.
This HALF SERVICE package is the perfect in-between! Choose the OPAL package if you and your fiancé would like to be more involved in the wedding planning, while leaving the stressful items for us to deal with!
What's included:
A scheduled monthly meeting
+Wedding inspiration portfolio with vendor suggestions
+Develop events timeline & copies for entire wedding party
+Create budget / Budget guidance
+Arrange important vendor meetings (cake, music, venues, caterers, etc...) & attend for guidance as needed
+Assist in ceremony/Reception decoration & layout
+Coordinate & direct rehearsals if needed
